29 May 2025

After an opening round to celebrate for the Junior Talent Team riders, Round 2 is up next from Jerez in the pursuit of further success

Following stellar results at the season-opening round at Estoril, Junior Talent Team riders are more than ready to give it their all to follow up a start to remember to the FIM JuniorGP™ World Championship season. The 4.4km Jerez circuit is the venue for the next challenge and with momentum key, could more success be on the horizon.
In the FIM JuniorGP class, reigning Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup Champion Zen Mitani made an emphatic full-time debut with fine eighth place at Estoril. Now going to Jerez for the first time, it’ll be a new experience but the same desire to be firmly in the top ten. Representing Thailand with points in the opening round, 19-year-old Kiattisak Singhapong took 12th at the flag and now aims to join Mitani inside the top ten. British rider Lucas Brown continues to chase his first points of the season whilst Veda Pratama’s presence is subject to being passed fit to ride due to injury.
JuniorGP Race 1 kicks off at 11:00 Local Time (UTC +2) with Race 2 coming up at 14:00.
The European Talent Cup welcomed Kiandra Ramadhipa to success in the opening race of the 2025 season with a fine third in tricky conditions. Heading to Jerez, it’s a circuit that the Indonesian visited for the first time in the Red Bull Rookies Cup™ earlier in the year, coming away with a double points-scoring finish. With points on the board, Jerez will be an all-new circuit for Filipino rider Alfonsi Daquigan; 11th in his second-ever race in ETC is a sign of encouragement as he aims for a first top ten.
Two races for ETC action: Race 1 fires up at 12:00 Local Time (UTC +2), Race 2 at 15:00. Make sure you don’t miss any of the action right across the weekend of JuniorGP action.
